Shavonne Rich, Ph.D., LMHC brings more than 12 years of clinical experience working with individuals and families throughout the Tampa Bay and Fort Lauderdale areas. She earned her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from National Louis University and has extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, mood-related concerns, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges.
Her clinical work incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
