Foundation of Essential Education and Leadership (FEEL) is a non-profit organization based in Davie, FL, that provides charitable education and mental health support to our Florida communities.

We provide services in a variety of ways, including educational programs that teach high-level wellness principles through workshops, online learning, wellness curriculum, youth programs, and community partnerships. We work hard to raise the wellness literacy in our communities and to improve understanding of underserved communities by combining education, empowerment, and practical wellness tools.

FEEL's Founding Story

The Foundation of Essential Education and Leadership was founded in Davie, Florida, by Shavonne Rich L.M.H.C, M.A. She noticed a lack of accessible and affordable resources for individuals struggling with mental health issues within many communities in Florida. With a background in education and mental health counseling, she saw an opportunity to bridge the gap and provide much-needed support for those in underserved communities. Since then, our foundation has grown and expanded its services to include workshops, seminars, and training programs for both individuals and organizations. We have also partnered with various mental health organizations and schools to reach a wider audience and make a greater impact.

Our dedicated team of experts and volunteers are committed to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to learn, grow, and thrive. Join us in our efforts to make mental health a priority and create a brighter future for all.
